hello everyone!!! my name is katie, and i am a huge chika oshi who also really really loves nozomi and honoka!! some of you may know me from my instagram, @ cosmiickatie where i occasionally post my art, card edits, and generally just scream about love live nonstop.

i discovered this franchise about 2 and a half years, and would constantly hear about love live from cosplayers and artists that i followed, but i saw it as just a dumb idol anime and never bothered giving it a try because i convinced myself i wouldn't like it.

that obviously didn't last for long, because i mean, look at where we are now!

it was around may or june of 2018 when i finally decided to give it a try, and i was immediately captivated by μ's. they truly inspired me, and i fell into a franchise harder than i ever have before, binging the entirety of school idol project in 2 days and immediately becoming sucked into the very thing i had once thought of as "boring" and "way too cute". i starred listening to their music. i started playing sif.

then i watched sunshine.

chika connected with me from the very beginning, with her devotion to her dreams of being a school idol and her willingness to keep going at it, no matter what may happen. when she and the rest of aqours started to struggle and she eventually broke down, that was when i realized she would always be my best girl, because i had never connected with a character so strongly before. i fell in love with aqours and their story as well.

both groups inspired me, and completely changed my life, helping me get through some of the toughest times i've ever had to face. they helped me remember to keep being optimistic no matter what and keep reaching for that shine i so desperately wished to reach, and i will be eternally grateful to them for that.

so, to put it simply, i'm katie, i love chika takami and nozomi tojo with all my heart, and love live completely changed my life. it's nice to meet you all!! ♡
