I started playing LLSIF in 2017, and then watched Love Live Sunshine, and then LLSIP.

My best girls are Riko, Maki and Shizuku ;)) Not many people see what's so special about Riko and Maki but I can see it so leave my queens alone >:(

Umm Ok so back then I used to watched a lot of shounen and mahou shoujo, I remember some friends mentioned love live but I didn't cared at all I wasn't a fan of idol stuff and thought it was really lame, the only musical animes I've watched were AKB0048 and K-ON. I think it was in 2016 I got my first contact with love live, i listened to aishiteru banzai on repeat OVER AND OVER AGAIN I was even planning in doing a fandub and yeah I decided to give it a chance, i couldn't believe I was getting emotional over girls singing. I found out about the game a year ago and sunshine...tho I refused to watched at first..and then Nijigasaki which I never knew I'd love that much... So yep, I'm thankfull for joining this community and thanks for love live to expand my horizons if it wasn't for it i would never have fallen for the idol/musical anime genre♡

Anyways,How I came in contact with Love Live is a little weird and unusual 😅.It all started in September 2018 where I was attending an Anime convention,One of the Guest there was Nanaka Suwa (Kanan Seiyuu),back then,I didn’t know about Love Live yet,but I went anyways,it turns out I wasn’t allowed in the panel because you where supposed to get a little card thingy (I don’t know XD) to get in the panel like 2 hours before it started,Now I didn’t know this so when The employees asked me for the card, I didn’t have it XD.But then they asked me is it because I was under (age) and because I was just SWEATING ANXIETY BULLETS I said ‘yes’ but to my surprise they actually let me in.When I got in,the MV for HAPPY PARTY TRAIN was playing.Now I was really confused because I didn’t know what was going on,after it was done,Suwawa came on stage and then answered some of the questions from the host.Then they played this thing,there was a hat and it had the seats numbers in it and they’ll pull out three pieces of paper that had the seat numbers in it and the person sitting on the seat will get a AQOURS HAPPY PARTY TRAIN POSTER THAT WILL BE SIGNED BY SUWA.Not to get your hopes up,I didn’t get one 😅. When I got back home,I searched up Love Live and started watching Love Live! And that’s how I got into love live 😅. I hoped you enjoyed my story and I’ll see you next time! Hello everybody! I’m Erin or Guilty.Mari! I’m a huge love liver, I have been apart of the fandom for 8 years! You can find me on Instagram, Twitter and Youtube @guiltymari It’s honestly been a beautiful emotional rollercoaster of a journey and I am happy to tell you about it!

It started from humble beginnings in 2011, I accidentally found a PV on youtube of a love live cosplay dance cover and fell in love with Maki at first. I looked up the franchise and fell in love with the cast immediately. When the anime came out in 2013 I was hooked completely. U’s journey inspired myself to be resilient in the face of a challenge and to open up more to people, to be more confident.

I adore U’s but when Aqours came onto the scene in 2015 I was once again hooked on that fresh new feeling that Aqours gave! When I looked up the cast I had my sights set on one particular blonde girl, Ohara Mari. From then on my passion for Mari and Love Live has never faltered.

Why is Mari my best girl? Well she is dorky, funny, energetic and passionate; something that I can’t be 24/7. In a way Mari is my motivation for bettering myself. While watching Season 1 with Mari set as my best girl from the beginning I longed to see just a glimpse of her when the infamous “ninen buri desu ka” appeared. I cried, she was absolutely perfect. Throughout S1 she played the comic relief and had seemingly no human qualities but as the story of Aqours and the 3rd years progressed you saw more of Mari’s other side. She is an extremely selfless and caring person; She is willing to sacrifice all of her chances in education etc for her friends and cares for them all deeply. I completely resonated with that.

Season 2 arrived and Mari was as brighter and happier as ever! Aqours faced newer challenges and with the fate of Uranohoshi looming over their shoulders you can finally see Mari’s bright smile falter. She doesn’t want Aqours to lose, not ever. Mari never gave up in asking her dad to extend the deadline for school applications and even when her dad said no she didn’t completely give up.

Mari felt helpless when she had to tell Chika she couldn’t do anything else to help, you could see it in her eyes. Mari’s journey to repair her relationship with Kanan and Dia is truly touching and that arc of the anime made me cry like a little baby.

Mari has kept me going even in the darkest of times in my life. I always think about what Mari would do in my situation, she gives me the confidence I didn’t know I had!

I owe it all to Aqours, Muse and Mari for making me the person I am today! Thank you so much! 💜

What is my Love Live story?

It all started in July 2018, last year. It was about 10:00 pm at night and I wanted something, anything, to do. I decided to go on an app I use to watch anime, but nothing really stood out to me at the time. As I was scrolling through animes, an anime that was recommended to me caught my eye. Love Live! School Idol Project!! At first, I didn’t really want to watch it, after all I only thought the anime was about Nico, because I only have seen “Nico Nico Nii” once or twice on Youtube and that’s it. I decided to watch it, maybe to make fun of it, but the first thing that surprised me was, the anime was, in fact, not about Nico. I was intrigued. I soon found myself laughing and enjoying watching Love Live, and that’s when I realized, “Hey, I actually really like this show!” I watched both seasons of Love Live! School Idol Project!!, and while I was reluctant to watch Sunshine, I wanted to see more Love Live, so I decided to watch Sunshine as well. Mari stole my heart. Mari was my best girl for almost an entire year, until recently when I found even more love I had for Hanayo. I found out there was a game a month later, and I’m still playing SIF every day. When the Nijigaku song previews came out, my original best girl was Shizuku, then Ai, and now Rina! It’s actually still really hard to place my Nijigaku ranking though, since I love them all dearly. I got my first Love Live merch last Christmas and it was a beautiful Mari figure. While that’s the only merch I have right now, I have a lot of merch I want, and will hopefully get! I thought that my Love Live hype would die down, but it still hasn’t and it’s been over a year. I guess I’ll stay in the Love Live fandom for awhile~

Hello Hello!!! My name is Kallie and I have been playing SIF for two years now. Started playing during my sophomore year of college because as an artist, I was starting to go through a low point. Love live and other Idol anime have helped gotten me out of my artist groove and reminded me why I love drawing in general!! My fave girls are Rin, Yoshiko, Honoka and Dia! and I have a Bias Towards Aquors because I grew with them the most. However Rin stays at the top for very personal reasons. Rin became my favorite character the moment I watched the love wing bell episode. Not only was my art at a low. but also my self confidence. I was scared to wear cute clothes or dresses because I felt it was too "girly" and that I would be showing weakness in a male dominant field. I did slowly start wearing dresses at this time. But I was still constantly worried. This was a prime time where watching that episode put me in tears. I was crying in happiness not only for her but for how I felt when I first wore a casual dress to class. Ever sense seeing Rins cards put me in a state of happiness. Rins Fairy, Constellation, Pirate, and Dancer have been cards I deeply loved because of how I see this characters joy drawn in. And for me that's wild.

Dancer Rin is currently my main goal in all stars! And future Urs to come! I was rerolling her but I ended up getting a 3 UR poll that had Nico, Maki and Kanan(So I just hAAD to keep it man). With the Nozomi from the UR ticket and later getting Hanamaru and You!!!

I really hope they bring more SIF costumes over to the future!!! I would die for fairy rin!!!

The one thing that has always bugged me about Love Live is why they never showed what happened to Yukiho and Alisa’s idol group that they made at Otonokizaka to continue Muse’s legacy. They keep adding all these new spinoffs and stuff but they could really expand on this idea since Yukiho and Arisa are already characters that have established personalities that would be perfect to build and expand upon. Anyways, enjoy this edit of what I think Yukiho would look like as an idol :)
