Happy birthday, Kasumi Nakasu!

There’s never a dull moment when you’re around! You often have me rolling with the things that you say and do. Whether you’re trying to be mischievous and failing at it or making astute observations with silly remarks included, you never fail to make me laugh.

I admire your dedication to Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. When other members took their leave, you were the one keeping the club afloat. You’ve shown time and time again that you’re the heart of the group.

I like that instead of just being the idol that’s like “I’m cute,” you’re insecure about your cuteness every now and then. It’s a realistic worry that many people have. (It’s me; I’m many people.)

Your relationship with Shizuku is sweet. I’m glad that you can help one another realize your worth and still poke fun at each other. I hope to see even more of your relationships with the group because your interactions with everyone are golden.

Diamond was the first Nijigaku solo that I fell in love with. There was something about how upbeat it sounded that grabbed my attention. It’s still one of my favorites to play in All-Stars! Your songs are just bursting with flavor and are total earworms. (Wh-oa, wh-oa, a mirror on the wall)

I hope my ramblings make some kind of sense. I feel like I’ve been all over the place with these birthday appreciation posts. Anyway, keep being the adorable, rambunctious, bread-loving little gremlin that you are! L-O-V-E Kasumin!
