Turns out I couldn't control myself and I ended up spending all my gems on the Party Honoka banner. Did I pull her? Yes I did! But unfortunely she only came at the very last pull. Still, when I think about it, I now realize that I actually needed Party Honoka way more than the incoming Rina UR, since I already have a lot of strong scoring UR's on my account. There is now a very high chance that the incoming Rina won't come home, but I have no regrets. Words cannot describe how happy I am now that I finally have a strong Honoka UR!
