Hello! I wanted to take a moment to comment on my excellent experience with the British Airways Austin Office. I had to stop by because I needed to make some adjustments to my future booking, and I was really a bit apprehensive about the experience. But from beginning to end, the staff at this office made it so easy. When I got there, the office was well managed and organized, and I didn't have to wait long before I was attended to. The staff was also welcoming and friendly, and the representative who attended to me was very prompt in addressing my booking problem. They were very familiar with all the policies of British Airways and responded to all my inquiries in a simple and lucid manner, which greatly pleased me. One thing that I noticed was that the staff were so proactive. They did not wait for me to request certain options—they spent time with me explaining some ways I could make my travel experience better, including improved seat options and good travel tips for where I was headed. The staff double-checked everything, and I left the office feeling totally at peace. Overall, the customer service was fast and personalized, and I was made to feel important as a customer. It was also a relief to address a problem in person rather than on the phone, where you tend to feel so impersonal. I would highly recommend this office to any person in the Austin area needing help with British Airways. They went out of their way to make my travel arrangements as painless as possible!
