Hi there friends. I really need your thoughts right now as I have discovered a large lump on Luna’s backside. I currently do not have the funds to take her to the vet but am going to keep searching for money. Hoping it isn’t malignant but you never know. Any love or support y’all can offer is super appreciated, I love this community and you guys are some of the nicest and coolest people out there. Thanks for letting me post about my cats, and I will update for those who do wish to hear <3 <3

EDIT: Its been about a month since i made this post but i finally have an update. the most likely answer for what it is is a type of skin irritation. forgive me i cant remember the full name of it but it happens when cats get older and could possibly be from genetics. after speaking to vets via email and phone this is our hypothesis. of course with the current worldwide situation getting to a vet now is near impossible, only emergency pet hospitals are open in my area, and currently it is not urgent enough deemed by the veterinarian i was speaking with. i dont even have the funds to take her anyway unfortunately. the vet DOES NOT think its cancer, which is big relief, but we cant be certain until we get it checked out.
Anyway i wanted to post an update mostly for my own comfort in order to process this news. thank you for letting me ramble about my chunky baby
