Happy Birthday to my 2nd best girl in all of the Love Live Franchise! I'll be getting a cake with this drawing I've finished and am so proud of because it's my best digital work T^T. I love Sarah so much because she is so cool and I absolutely love her VA! My favorite song out of all of Love Live is Believe Again ;w; <3 As for the drawing, I'm still trying to get better at coloring hair and eyes ToT but super happy about her dress!! I put each white dot shine 1 by 1 and my eyes got worse because I barely took any breaks T~T but I'm sooo happy.
