Hello! Just wanted to share how pleased I was with the Spirit Airlines BWI Terminal on our family vacation recently. We had anticipated long lines and disorganization, but we had a very smooth time from check-in to boarding. The crew were friendly and went out of their way to greet children and senior citizens. The terminal itself was very nice with fine amenities and easy to get around.". Spirit takes a lot of heat, but, they truly excel. My family departed feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy our vacation—just what an airport experience should be!
