I finally of a kasumi UR, and she is so cute. I am glad she came with the event because I cannot afford another scout. I recently watched in a Umidah video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrP0gFlGZnk and he stated that it would be better to have more than one Kasumi card because she would more useful when having limit breaks and is probably the strongest event card.
