Day 13: sweets

Is that dress still relevant? Probably not. Do I still want to see my girls wearing it? Hecc yes! This is the prompt I was looking forward to the most! Thanks everyone who helped me decide what to draw on my Insta story ♥

Day 12: Nijigasaki

Just wanted to try my hand at hand drawing a logo. Didn't go well, but oh well.

Day 11: Romantic

In Japan, you can get married with an official Love Live! Sunshine!! marriage certificate.

I'm not the romantic kind, to be honest. But when I heard about that, I got emotional. The idea that there are many people, all around the world, who meet thanks to Love Live! and love each other so much they end up getting married. Love Live! themed weddings are so beautiful, too.

I met my significant other thanks to #llsif too. And I met so many friends thanks to it, too. The connections we make are so precious, and that's one of my favorite things about LoveLive.

Day 10: Don't cry

That scene made me cry. Re-watching it to get screenshots made me cry. I'm okay. I'll be okay.

Day 9: Animals

This Hanayo card from llsif is so important to me. I had just decided she'd be my best girl, so I tried hard to get a 2nd copy for the event, but at the time didn't have a good team of cards and was still a bit slow, so I wasn't able to. When I scouted a second copy much later, I couldn't contain my happiness. 🦌

ngl I started sketching Rin as a cat. "Too easy" but I went with it anyway. Then I remembered this card and drew it instead. I'm glad I did 😌

Day 8: Masks

When I came up with the prompts, I really wanted to give the opportunity to participants to make something covid19-related, while not forcing them to do so. I think "masks" works well because it can be interpreted many different ways!

I knew what I'd draw for this one from day one. I feel like that's the kind of cute thing Rina would do. And I wasn't sure who would be the one talking to her, but I think Yuu represents us, the fans, and we'd totally say that!

Day 7: Fall aesthetic

When I think of fall, I think of a cosy cup of tea under a thick blanket, looking at the rain on the other side of the window. When I think cosy, I think Kanata. '+ I think her colors match the fall aesthetic quite well!

Day 6: Vampires

Drawing Yohane or Shioriko would be too easy, right? With my SO we discussed who should be the vampire and we ended up deciding to show the new girls a bit more love.

I don't know much about Chisato, but I thought her white hair and pink eyes would be a good match for a vampire costume.

I also tried to do the lineart with the color palette I was planning to use but a bit darker. I like how it turned out, but I don't know if I want to start using it all the time. It takes a while and I don't know if the result is worth it.

Day 5: OTP

I've always felt like Nozomi and Hanayo make a great pair! Doesn't have to be romantic but I wouldn't mind it either. I think their personalities match really well and I hope we'll get more content featuring interactions between the 2 ♥
