I've only recently watched the episodes where Sumire joins Liella, but when I saw it was her birthday I decided it would be fun to draw her. :D

Okay, so, admittedly, I’m only four episodes in on Superstar!! (watching the rest of the episodes that are currently available has been on my to-do list, but I’ve been absorbed in writing yet again), but I like what I’ve seen of your character so far.

The giant isopod song was adorable, and I like the idea of the “eccentric gremlin” character of the group being a shrine maiden (I guess the closest we’ve gotten to that before was Nozomi, but you’re way more out there than she was). Your over-the-top actions were amusing to watch and had me questioning just how far Love Live! would go. Kidnapping is a big enough offense already, and you seemed all set to do whatever it took to make sure that there were no witnesses of the isopod song…

Even though I’m not often an active spotlight seeker, I can see where your motivation to be center of the group was coming from. It really sucks to get a minor role in something when you’re aiming for something much more significant. You just want your talents to be appreciated instead of being overlooked.

I’m looking forward to seeing more of the quirky showbiz gal when I get around to finishing my watchthrough! Galaxy!
