I've posted on here a lot (I'm sure you've seen me in the News tab!!), but I have yet to formally introduce myself, so here we go!

I'm Apple! I'm 24 and I'm proud to say I'm a Community Manager here on Idol Story! I'm obviously very passionate about Love Live! I've been a part of this fantastic fandom since late 2015, just over half a year before μ's took the stage for their Final Live. Since then, I've been deeply in love with the franchise and all of the characters in it, but especially Maki, You, Mari, and Ayumu! While I started to feel withdrawn from the series for a while, All Stars rekindled my love for it, which I'm extremely grateful for.

Aside from Love Live, I'm very involved in quite a bit of other things!! As you can tell, I'm into cosplay and I'm a (relatively new) bass player, but I'm also a culinary school graduate, an artist, and a bird mom! In fact, if you know me outside of Idol Story, you know how much I talk about my fids (feathered kids!) - Gizmo, Arlo, and Flea! They're the loves of my life (aside from my boyfriend, of course) and I spoil them rotten!

I make art sometimes too!! Not as often as I'd like, but I love what I do! You can find me on Twitter if you'd like to see! Food is a very important aspect of my life, and I've based my entire career off it! I plan to open my own restaurant someday, and I hope some of you have the chance to visit when I do! I love music too, even having professionally recorded a song with my boyfriend. I'm currently in the process of debuting with an OC idol cover group, and I plan on sharing our first cover here! I hope you all take a listen!!

Yay! It's best girls birthday! I was so excited to to this post and celebrate! Anyways, here's my entry!

Kanan has had so much character growth. In the first season through the movie. Kanan stopped being an idol after Mari injured herself during their performance. From then on, Mari has been trying to convince Kanan that they can preform again. Many people dislike Kanan because she is rude and has an "attitude" and her voice. Kanan's voice is gorgeous. And Kanan is not a rude character. Nanaka Suwa is my favorite voice actor in LL and I think she is like Kanan in some way? In Happy Party Train, the music video is supposed to be FOR Kanan. It's also Kanan's first center (Klab give her another). Kanan is such an amazing character and cares about Dia and Mari and the rest of the Aqours members. I enjoy looking at fan art and cosplay of Kanan. Idk how Kanan even became my favorite Aquors idol. My first UR of Kanan was her New Years (Wedding Kanan where are you?). I wanted to explain this earlier, but, my username is based off of Nozomi and Kanan's names. "Nozi" and the "o" in "Kano" resemble Nozomi's. And the "Kan" is Kanan's. When I was signing up for this website I wanted to use something simple. But, I decide my best girls were gonna be my username. I don't draw fan art of my best girls as much. But, Kanan is such an amazing idol. Kanan is such an awesome character. I stan.

What I did for her birthday!

I have so much merch of Kanan that I wanted to show it off! I meant to post a picture of it for the Winter Awards but never did. I am also planning to start an ita bag and take it to a con cosplaying as Kanan. Of course, I won't be doing that for a while. So, I took a picture of all the merch I have of Kanan. (I have an addiction, help)

My SIF scouting. Uhhhhhh.....Idek. I wasn't expecting much because I have the habit to not save an Love Gems. I also have been busy with art related stuff. And I got one solo SR from her. But, compared to my Nozomi card deck. I got a lot of Kanan cards!

today in japan is kanan's birthday, and i just want to talk about kanan is a majorly important character to me.

i got into love live when i was in a very severe and dark place in my life. it was some of my worst depression and anxiety bouts ever. i ended up downloaded school idol festival, because i saw a mutual on instagram talking about it.

kanan caught my eye right away. she was the first partner girl i picked. i loved her design, her voice, her hobbies, all of it.

soon after, i finally actually watched sunshine itself, and i fell even more in love. kanan's story was extremely interesting and her dynamic with mari and dia deeply reminds me of my own dynamic with some of my closest friends; i still often have to hold back tears listening mijuku dreamer because of it. i think she's beautiful and mature but still has a soft and funny side and isnt afraid to joke around. she's strong and athletic and a great older sister figure to chika.

kanan has been my number one in the beginning, and it sounds stupid but some days i wouldnt want to wake up but i would so i could get my daily bonus from llsif and see kanan.

kanan is such a deeply important character to me and while i do not play love live's games as often as other games now, kanan means the world to me. she's one of my favorite characters ever.

overall, i love kanan so much. she's such a great character and i hope people see that in her! please love this buff dolphin mom! kanan i hope you have a great day and celebrate it with aqours together!!! happy birthday kanan!!!
