My Love Live Story is pretty plain. I saw Nico Nico Nii memes mixed with LLSIF memes, and downloaded the app one night in March 2015. Soon I started watching the anime, with a bias towards Nico purely because of the memes. But after the Love Wing Bell episode, Rin snatched first place. I nearly cried when I first saw Happy Maker, and waited for the movie. Once I finally saw it, I cried out of the pure happiness and celebration that came from Sunny Day Song. I played lots of LLSIF and got hyped over each and every song I unlocked. Later, I first saw Kimi no Kokoro wa Kagayaiteru Kai, and dismissed Aqours as an imitation of Muse. I thought their voices "all sounded the same", but they were all singing together so of course they'd blend together??? I brushed it off until Aqours wormed its way into LLSIF, which was when I noticed a chuuni in the mix. With that, I gave Sunshine a chance and ended up loving it too, Yohane remaining my favorite from the moment I saw her. I saw the 2nd season, and the movie as well, along with being introduced to the PDP girls. Rina's the cutest, but Kasumi interests me the most. But yeah, it's pretty typical stuff. I've made Love Live videos and fanarts all along the way, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nPxS1xRJmM

(Oh, I also danced to Angelic Angel with a group of 5 for a school event! I can explain more about that in another post since this one's too long, but it was really something!)

My story's probably the most bland one you can find, but it doesn't make my love of Love Live any less strong. I've made several videos about it, drawn countless fanarts, and could sing along with nearly any song you throw at me. (it won't sound good, though!) Give me the chance, and I'll talk your ears off about that one Sunny Day Song dance cover with 100+ people, or why Thank You Friends should be in the movie, or how Rin's outfits change color more often than the rest despite her call and response being all about her color being yellow.

I'm not sure what to say as a last note besides the fact that writing this was fun, and this was a great event idea!

Hi!

Hi!

I finally made the time to write my Love Live story Also, I wrote this on my phone, so I couldn't add all the pics I wanted to add. I'll probably add once I go on my pc, so for now you have to content yourselves with my Maki cosplay

So, I started playing Love Live shortly after it got released worldwide 8 years ago (god, that was a long time ago) I started playing because one of my friends at the time was playing it and I thought it was cute and wanted to try out.

At the beginning, when choosing a girl to be my "main", I went for Uni, since we both like archery and I thought that was pretty neat!! I remember that back in the day I didn't know the difference between cards rarity and what to use to train cards and would basically use whatever I had at hand - until my friend explained to me how there were different rarities and that UR is a thing and I should cherish them And that's what I did! The first UR I got was the initial Maki one, so I was always with Maki on my main screen - thanks to that she became my bestest girl! I found her tsundere personality very endearing, since I kinda saw myself in her - I even went as far as cosplaying as her, and, right now, is the character I cosplay the most. I just feel so comfortable cosplaying her! I don't need to try very hard to stay in character, since I'm a bit of a tsundere myself, and I just love her soooo much - she's been everything to me!

Soon after, the anime started airing and I was so hyped to get to know the characters better!! I remember that, when I started playing the game I thought that Rin was very annoying and not that cute, but all that changed with her special episode I cried so much during it I got to know Rin better and I saw so much of myself on her - it was the first time I ever felt such a deep connection with an anime character Maki is still my best girl though

I was very sad when the series ended. I cried so much during the movie - specially when Bokura wa Hitotsu no Hikari started playing. Even now, whenever I hear the music my feelings start overflowing...

Unfortunately, I didn't get as invested in Aquors as I did with Muse - after they separated, I kinda started drifting slowly away from Love Live i still cosplayed though , but that's why I'm super excited now with All Stars here!! My babes are back and they are better than never and I just can't wait to read more stories of them together! Maybe with all this hype, I'll start paying more attention to Aquors and the PDP girls

So, that was basically my story. I've been in this community for a while now, and even though there were times I wasn't very invested, it somehow always pushed me back in, and I couldn't be more happier!

How did I get into LoveLive and what it means to me?

How did I get into LoveLive and what it means to me?

It's a story I most definitely love to tell and will never forget because thinking back; it's just so entertaining and special to me.

It started before I even knew what a LoveLiver was.(I was a little new to the internet and it's slang). I was also very new to anime; only have watched K-On, Squid Girl, and a bit of Ouran Highschool Host Club because of my older sister. Because of those things, I GUESS it was, like, my awakening to liking girls but I just DIDN'T know😂. At that time, I was REALLY into My Little Pony and Tumblr was VERY filled with the MLP fans so I occasionally looked at tumblr posts of MLP art and such. But then one day I stumbled across a fanart of EliUmi and my dense mind awakened and thought "WOWOWOWOWOW THAT'S SO CUTE. THEY LOOK CUTE TOGETHER. WHAWHAWHA--" and looked through the EliUmi tag having the thought that they were POPULAR and ORIGINAL OC CHARACTERS ON TUMBLR. After going on and on secretly looking at pure EliUmi fanart, I realized they are from a show called "LoveLive", so of COURSE I checked it out! Pretty sure I was kind of disappointed that they weren't the main protagonists(like Honoka protagonist level), but for some reason I continued watching it anyway. The genre, plot, everything was new to me. I thought, "This is super different but not different from K-On or MLP!!??". and through that, I ended up finishing the series.

I was very hooked to the series(still am!) so I was sad that I finished everything; but throughout my journey I find out about the seiyuus, enjoyed the niconamas subbed and posted on YouTube, and was overjoyed hearing a new group is coming along to LoveLive!(Aqours), that's when I decided to change my once an MLP Instagram account- to a LoveLive fanpage and strive from there!

LoveLive means alot to me because it widened my experiences and my enjoyment. I admire the characters very much and I probably wouldn't be the person I am today without this franchise. The show, casts, and performances, encourages me to keep moving forward despite alot of major bumps along the road. Honestly, I can't even IMAGINE who I'd be without LoveLive!! I can't thank LL enough for all it's inspired me to do and take. Thank you, friends!🌈

Hello everyone! I hope everyone’s doing well today. (((o(゚▽゚)o)))♡ Y’all can call me Kit, and I’m pretty active at schoolido.lu too. I got introduced into Love Live! not too long ago, unlike people who’s been here for like 7 years, I’m just starting out. I discovered Love Live! at February 19, 2019, and started playing the app at February 20. I knew the app first before knowing the anime from a best friend of mine called Gaby. When I started playing, she asked me to watch the anime and so I did. At first, I wasn't too interested. My starter was Yoshiko if you were wondering. I hope this post wont get too boring xd. Thank you for reading!

in october 2015, my best friend at the time told me about this game she had downloaded called love live. as someone new to the anime community, i was eager to find more and more shows to watch and fandoms to get into. on october 29, 2015, i downloaded the game and immediately fell in love. i remember listening to borarara and yuujou no change on loop all the time after i downloaded it, and i even tried to draw a poster of the download screen with all the chibis because of how cute i thought it was! as i played the game more and more, i developed an affinity for idol music, and i became determined to become an idol too! even though my journey was tumultuous, and it took so much hard work to learn the japanese language, i uploaded my first cover of aishiteru banzai to youtube in august 2016. following my first upload, i began joining cover groups as well, always auditioning for my best girls (rin and eli at the time). however, there was one group in particular that, though i didnt know it at the time, would be the most important idol group i tried out for: mirai muse. i auditioned when the leader, kp, rebooted the group and was scouting for a new cast. i auditioned, and im so glad i did. kp is one of the most important people in my life, and i have no clue where i'd be without her ♡♡ from muse to aqours to nijigasaki, love live has grown with me, and i have grown with it. my passion and love for music and art have grown immensely, i've made many friends (and gotten into a wonderful relationship), and i've learned more about myself that has helped me grow into the person i am today. thank you forever, love live. 愛してるばんざーい! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Hi!

Hi!

I first found out about Love Live after finding the First season online in 2017. I started to watch it and fell in love with Kotori and her personality, along with the franchise. I then found Love Live Sunshine after seeing the opening intro on YouTube which introduced me to Kanan. Since then, I have cosplayed quite a few versions of Kanan and adding more Kotori cosplays to my list next year.

I have 15 Kanan nesoberi’s currently and 6 Kotori nesoberi’s with both shrines growing. AVCON 2019, I entered idolized Easter Kanan into the cosplay Competition and won Best Female Character which makes me love Kanan Matsuura even more as I managed while cosplaying her to reach a goal I had since 2017.

I love when I get a card of my best girls especially when it’s a card that I have been trying to get for ages. I pretty much squealed when I got Easter Kanan and was able to idolized her as that card now means so much to me. I definitely plan to enter a Kotori cosplay into a competition in the future and see what that brings me.

Till next time! ~ The Birb and Dolphin (LittleMoonHime)

oh bruh im so excited for idol story this is gonna be great. my name is KP, you may know me from my YouTube channel KuiProductions, I made the every love live song playing at the same time video haha... my love live story is kinda boring tbh? My girlfriend in like 8th grade played it and one day during the superbowl (i don't care for sports) I was extremely bored and downloaded it. that was like 6 years ago. Now I do song covers and a lot of group cover projects as well as art and edits... I was a pretty hot shot editor back in the day, but now i'm just chillin' with my Umi shrine these days. Attached one of my best edits from my Golden Love Live years. Hope to meet some of ya'll too!

How did everything start, huh?

I remember it as if it was yesterday~

It all started back in 2015. I had my boyfriend staying over for the weekend. While I was cooking, he was playing this weird game (or so I thought at the time) on his tablet. I had no idea what SIF nor Love Live! was at all. I remember he was playing a Score Match and got Niko puri♥Joshi dou in Expert. He almost FC'd it and got second place, iirc. "That song is so stupid!" I thought when I heard it. In fact, from the little bit I saw of him playing, I disliked Nico!

Fast-forward to a couple of weeks later~ My dad announced he didn't want his tablet anymore so he was going to sell it. I pleaded for him to let me have it instead and he accepted. As soon as I got a hold of it, I found myself downloading SIF. EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T LIKE IT. I chose Honoka as my starter partner and the first song I tried playing was... None other than Nico's solo!! And then I just... Fell in love with the game. I quickly warmed up to Maki and Nico too! After playing for a few days, I decided to watch the anime series too. Both Maki and Nico grew even more on me~

Then we got Aqours! Mari was my favorite by a long shot, with her listening to Rock and Metal music, just like me~ But as of recently, I've noticed my love for Chika grow and grow and grow! I identify with her in a way I've never identified with any anime/game character before and she easily became my top best girl ;;

All of this has led me through Sukutomo and its community and enabled me to meet a bunch of amazing people. Some I consider close friends. And now it brought me here. Hoping to meet even more wonderful people!

Thank you Love Live! for being such a big part in my life~ ♥

miyaai

I created this account mainly to share my story as the whole Love Live franchise means the world to me. So uhh... hello! I'm Miya, your local Ai, You and Kotori oshi that loves LL a whole lot!

x

I found LL by accident, one of my friends was playing the game and I started asking them about it. That's honestly a miracle, I've never been interested in mobile games, especially the rhythm ones. Around that time I went to a new school and I couldn't adapt as my social anxiety was making everything harder that it really was. So I spent most of the breaks alone, playing LL, reading stories and slowly falling in love with the game. Whenever I was feeling down, like everything was too much for me, LL was there to make me happy. My best girls always popped up on the home screen at the right time, saying the right things and making me smile. I know that sounds cheesy, it does for me too, but that really was magical. I can't stress enough how much my best girls mean to me (and how much money I spent on them), how much they helped me and inspired me to become a better, more confident person.

you

What's gotten me into the game is also the music. Never been a fan of japanese music/language but no regretti. I've met so many amazing people because of this game that has honestly change my life for the better! And I really do hope that this game and your best girls make you as happy as they make me!

What's My Love Live! Story?

My Love Live! Story began in the summer of 2015. I was introduced to Snow Halation's PV simply because I was told I'd like the winter theme. I ended up falling in absolute love, needing to know more about the song/dance I had just finished watching. It was so serene and the song was emotional- the choreography reflected that perfectly so it carried the emotion til the end of the song. I needed to know more!

That's when I watched the anime of it's entirety. μ's seemed like a bunch of girls I wish I knew in real life. They have a chemistry that I adore to this day. Eventually I found myself singing the OP/EDs of the anime and realized "wow, I'm so into this"! I decided not to pick a favourite until I finished watching the anime, because each girl is so unique I wanted them to have decent chances of standing out.

At the end, and mostly because of her episode in season two, Nozomi became my best girl. I reflected on how similar we both are in terms of being a supporting role rather than a leader- and this being okay because we love our friends so much we want to see them grow and lead. Nozomi contributing behind the scenes for μ's stuck out to me because she named the group, and because of one contribution she made- that changed the franchise forever. She really is an example of how one person can make a huge difference. Of course, her past of not being able to maintain friendships (due to her parents moving) and coping with the loneliness, learning to keep to herself, struck a cord hard. This is just some things I saw about Nozomi in the anime alone that made me really like her. She is written in such a way that makes her very realistic, and that sense of realism makes me feel as if I can look up to her. Nozomi became my best girl, my number one girl ever, and I was determined to keep it that way~ I truly love Nozomi so much that I try my best to adore her at least in one way from all of Love Live!'s different medias (whether it be merchandise, music, the anime, manga, etc).

My goodness, I had thought it ended there. I thought that I should read the manga, and continue on as I would since I finished the anime and listened to what I thought were all the songs. I was wrong. I had Googled Nozomi to browse some fanart of her and was amazed by how some of the "fanart" looked so closely to official images. That's when I clicked on the link and discovered Schoolidolu (Sukutomo / School Idol Tomodachi). I was extremely confused. Attributes? Cards? Where did all of this come from? That's how I learned there was a game! I've been hooked ever since~

School Idol Tomodachi was a new chapter for me, and definitely is a big part of my story. In fact, I wouldn't be in this fandom without it. After discovering it, I found the community. There were ACTUAL people talking about the franchise! I didn't feel like I was the only person into Love Live! anymore! I was absolutely thrilled. I thought the first thing I should do is make some friends (which eventually took time as I felt very shy to contribute). I was content, because at the very least I had a place to track my game progress exactly how I wished.

Eventually, I asked about Discord and other social media outlets for Love Live!, and was directed into one. I made friends, and it was my first Discord server that I ever joined. It has site users in it so I was able to chat about Sukutomo, follow friends, talk about the game here and there, and so on~ I was creating friends that I had no idea would impact how I felt about Love Live! in the long run. The friendships, relationships, and love I've seen Love Live! brew within the community made me want to contribute to that positive effect. I loved it so much, I wanted to give back.

And here I am today! I joined many Love Live! centric groups, volunteered my time to some, and eventually began to make it a habit. Helping out in various communities within the franchise has helped me be able to tone my social skills, learn to handle new situations, work in a team setting and contribute valuable thoughts and ideas back to everyone who gave me so much (whether they knew it or not). Today I offer most of my spare time giving back to the Love Live! fanbase that it's become a reason I can enjoy my day sometimes. Seeing everyone so happy for whatever reason, feeling as if they have a voice that can be heard, the overall sense that loving this franchise to bits is acceptable- speaks out so much. Everyone truly matters and this franchise wouldn't be as impressive as it is without the fans carrying it so far with their passion.

Idol Story is a new chapter for my Love Live! Story, and I'm happy to embark on it with you all. 💜 Let's write this new phase of our story together and make it count~!
